Lesley Halliday is the Director and lead Financial Adviser at Halliday Financial Guidance Ltd, a Northern Ireland–based firm providing clear, practical financial advice tailored to individual circumstances. With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Lesley offers whole-of-market advice across mortgages, pensions, investments, savings and protection planning.

Lesley began her career as a mortgage adviser in the early 2000s and has since developed a broad specialism in long-term financial planning for individuals and families. Her approach is built on combining strong technical knowledge with a highly personal service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed at every stage of their financial journey.

A key focus of Lesley’s work is helping clients through major life milestones, from purchasing a first home to planning for retirement. She is particularly well known for supporting first-time buyers, managing the mortgage process from start to finish and working closely with estate agents and solicitors to ensure a smooth and straightforward experience.

Lesley is also deeply passionate about improving financial education and confidence among women. She actively encourages greater engagement with pensions, investments and long-term planning, recognising that women can face unique financial challenges due to career breaks, caring responsibilities and longer life expectancy. This commitment underpins her client-focused approach and her belief that informed decisions lead to better financial outcomes.

Beyond her advisory work, Lesley is actively involved in the wider community and social enterprise sector. She is a Director of Wild Women Of The Woods NI C.I.C., supporting initiatives that promote wellbeing, connection and personal development for women.
